Beauty Behind The Mask

Happy Monday Crafters.

I am sharing my second project of the month for Creativ Fusion Arts & Crafts Challenges.
For my second project i have made a tag using the image Mardi Gras Mask. I think this image is perfect for mixed media projects.

The image was printed onto copier paper and coloured using alcohol maker pens and watercolour pencils. 

I found a great inspirational quote online

To embellish i added a small piece of fabric scrap and craft mesh 

I used the same fabric scarp for the tag tie and added a small brad. 

I cut a tag base from white card and covered with patterned paper. I ripped two rectangular shapes from purple paper and a dictionary page.  These were glued down onto the base in layers.
